Those who follow me on my social media pages or accounts would know that I was invited to attend the Vogue Wedding Show 2015. Curated by Vogue India, the ‘by-invite only’ Vogue Wedding Show 2015,  a 3-day luxurious wedding exhibition held from 7-9 August in partnership with the Taj Group, concluded  bringing together the best of the country’s designers, jewelers and wedding services.

The moment I entered the premises of the hotel there was hustle and bustle all over! There were so many people all around! The staff of the hotel, the organizers, people from Vogue, Designers, customers and many more.

India’s top couturiers like Anita Dongre, Anju Modi, JADE, Manish Malhotra, Monisha Jaising, Ritu Kumar, Sabyasachi, Shantanu & Nikhil, Tarun Tahiliani, Varun Bahl , Vineet Bahl and for the first time acclaimed Pakistani designer Sania Maskatiya, showcased their exclusive and latest runway bridal collections at the Vogue Wedding Show 2015. Here, the invitees made their selection in a private and relaxed environment, and enjoyed one-on-one consultations with masters of their craft who effortlessly navigate the world of wedding planning.  Some of the most trusted jewelers, luxury gifting brands, wedding related services and other category leaders in the bridal space also participated at the show over the three days.

About Vogue Wedding Show:

The Indian wedding market is rapidly growing at an annual rate of 25-30 per cent. While wedding fairs are a common feature in recent times, there is nothing that caters solely to affluent families with big marriage budgets. Identifying this need-gap, Vogue India’s exclusive, ‘by invitation only’ Vogue Wedding Show acts as the final arbitrator of luxury for discerning audiences, connecting them to the finest brands in the bridal space.

The Vogue Wedding Show, a specially curated exhibition by Vogue India, featuring the most luxurious and personalized wedding services, was launched in 2013. Given the overwhelming response it received, Vogue India launched The Vogue Bridal Studio in 2014, with an attempt to bring the city’s elite a preview of the main event in August and a chance to interact with distinguished representatives of the fashion and bridal couture industry. As an extension of the event, Vogue India has created the

Vogue Wedding Book – A keepsake wedding directory featuring each participating brand editorially. Having a year-long relevance, the book is complementary with the September issue of the magazine.
