This post is dedicated to my most favorite lipsticks for the fall and winter time. I love them a lot and thought of sharing it with you guys! Some of the lipsticks have already been reviewed by me and so I will put a link next to those if you would be interested in checking them out. Rest I have not reviewed, some of then I will be reviewing very soon. Anyways, let’s get started!!
Two of the lipsticks I love for fall are my recent finds and they are L’Oréal Paris Color Riche Moist Matte Lipstick in the Shade Raspberry Syrup and L’Oréal Paris Color Riche Moist Matte Lipstick in the Shade Black Cherry! The shade Raspberry Syrup is such an amazing and unique warm and bright pink that I have never seen before. Its difficult to explain the shade in words. The shade Black Cherry is a gorgeous deep red color which I have been loving A LOT!! Reviewed here and here.
Another warm pink shade I have been loving for winters is Maybelline BOLD Matte Lipstick in the shade MAT 2. Even this shade is quite different than others. It has a bright color element and I can say that it is a pink color with orange and red undertones. It’s that different. It looks awesome and is suitable for spring too! Reviewed here.
Now comes the orangey-red color family. These shades are one of favorites for winters and I have two. The first one is Ambika Pillai Lipstick in the shade Flame (L10). Its a gorgeous semi-matte deep orangey-red color and looks really beautiful on wearing! A kind of dupe of this lipstick and equally beautiful is the ColorBar USA Soft Touch Lipstick in the shade Citrine (040). The only difference is that this lipstick has a little bit of sheen and is not completely matte. It has a creamy finish but the color is almost the same and looks amazingly pretty!!
Next is the fuchsia color family and my ultimate favorite in this is the MAC Amplified Lipstick in the shade Show Orchid (A61). Its stunningly bright and beautiful!! I had this lipstick before I started blogging. I super love it! I have a dupe for this lipstick and I love it equally!! That lipstick is Faces Satin Matte Lipstick in the shade Magenta (08). They look almost the same with a slight difference being Show Orchid is a little more brighter and the Magenta one is slightly darker. But both of them look amazingly pretty!!
My next favorite is my most recent purchase and I super love it since the first time I used it!! Its the NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in the shade Amsterdam (SMLC01). Its a really beautiful matte lip cream, gorgeous warm red color and amazing texture!! Its a red that every one can wear!!
Another red color lipstick that I have been loving a lot is the ColorBar USA Velvette Touch Lipstick in the shade All Fired Up 1 (83V). Its a beautiful and bright red color, looks almost similar to the NYX one, with the difference being that All Fired Up is a little bit cool toned than Amsterdam. The texture of All Fired Up is semi-matte with very little sheen. Just beautiful!!
My next favorite lipstick for winter is the most different and the only lipstick in this color in my collection. Its the Lotus Herbals Pure Colors Lipstick in the shade Sheer Fuchsia (642). I don’t know why they named it Sheer Fuchsia, because neither it’s sheer nor Fuchsia!! Its a deep burgundy lipstick, not extremely dark, but enough pigmentation to give the effect. For people who want to try the dark vampy shades but are hesitating can start with this one. I would have loved it even more if it was matte, but it’s okay. The color is too beautiful to ignore!
Apart from all the dark and deep colors for fall and winter, you can still never go wrong with a nude lipstick, especially if you are wearing heavy or smokey eye make up. So yes I have a nude lipstick favorite too!! Its my favorite not just for this time of the year but for the whole year round. Its the Bourjois Sweet Kiss Lipstick in the shade Rose Allure (49). Its a gorgeous peachy nude color which looks great on any look!! I particularly love peachy nudes more than pinky nudes and so this one gets the most love from me!!
So, these were my top 11 lipsticks for fall and winter time! Hope you all liked and enjoyed the post and also found it helpful!!
Have a fantastic day!! XOXO
