Today I am going to talk about this nail paint that I almost forgot to review and was lying in my beauty closet until I finally found it and wondered, have I really used it! Its the Maybelline Color Show Go Graffiti Nail Paint in Blueberry Bombshell! I have reviewed other ones from this collection here and here!
About The Looks!
The nail paint comes in a round transparent bottle with a black cap. The cap has all the information like the name of the brand, collection and shade printed. There is a sticker as well on the cap which has the bar code and the price. One side of the bottle has other general information and shelf life printed. The packaging is simple yet sturdy. The brush is not too wide or small, its just okay. Though I would have preferred a little denser brush.
Price – INR 145
Net Content – 6 ml

My views about Blueberry Bombshell!
Color and Glitter – As the name suggests it is a blue nail paint which is more on the icy or lighter side, with some glitter chunks in it. The glitter is a mix of yellow-gold and light green color in both big and small sizes. I really love this icy-blue color with the glitter combination! The pastel color with some bright yet subtle glitter makes it shine even more!
Pigmentation- Now this is the part which is a problem with almost all the Go-Graffiti nail paints and I would say this one has the most of it. The first coat has like almost no color at all, just very tiny hint of color and some glitter chunks. The second coat only if applied a little more generously, shows the color though not at all as pigmented as you see in the bottle. If you like light colors with some glitter in it, then you would love it. Personally I would have loved the pigmentation a little more.

Formulation – I would say the same thing again for this is that the formula is pretty good as its not gooey or sticky, it dries fairly fast. Even when working with layers it won’t streak which is really great!
Lasting Power – Sadly this lasted only a couple of days on my nails even after applying a top coat. The nail paint just gets peeled off! It is unfortunate that you can’t have such a lovely color on your nails for long. 🙁
- Apply generous amount of the nail paint while applying the first and second layer and do let each coat dry, before you move to the next one. It dries pretty fast so it won’t be very long.
- Apply a base coat so that taking the nail paint off (especially glitter) won’t be too bothering and don’t forget to apply the top coat so that the glitter doesn’t feel gritty and get stuck in your hair, clothes and pretty much everywhere and it would also increase the lasting power of the same!
- You can also apply any blue or light blue nail paint on your nails as a base and then coat with this glitter paint. This will make the glitter pop even more and the color will also look prettier and more pigmented.

I have a mixed opinion for this one. I love the color but it does not shows off very well. The formulation is nice but doesn’t last for very long. Its a tricky one for me. I might not use this again, if I do I will make sure to color my nails with any other light icy blue nail paint and top that off with this one. If you have a taste for light, subtle colors with a dash of subtle glitters, then this a great choice but do not expect a good lasting power. That’s all I can say.
