Its been a couple of months I bought the entire range of the Maybelline Color Show Go Graffiti nail paints (posted here), but never got the time to try them even once. Finally, I decided to leave everything thing else and start with them. The very first color that I tried was the Maybelline Color Show Go Graffiti nail paint in Green Graffiti. This was the most appealing shade to me. So let’s get to the review part!

My experience with Green Graffiti!
Color and Glitter – The color looks really pretty pastel green and I really love pastel colors. The nail paint has loads of tiny silver glitters and big round glitters of orange and blue colors. The color of the glitters really compliment the pastel green shade. I do love the combination.
Pigmentation – The first coat is quite sheer and would give a very light coat of color but good amount of glitter. If you like it, you can keep it that way, or you can go with another layer which will give you an opaque coating of the green color and a lot more glitter particles which will look even more pretty!!
Single Coat –
Formulation – The formula is pretty good as its not gooey or sticky, it dries fairly fast. Even when working with layers it won’t streak. That is really great!
Lasting Power – The nail paint will last upto 3-4 days without chipping, depending upon your work levels and how much you wash your hands. 😀
- Apply generous amount of the nail paint while applying the first and second layer and do let each coat dry, before you move to the next one. It dries pretty fast so it won’t be very long.
- Apply a base coat so that taking the nail paint off (especially glitter) won’t be too bothering and don’t forget to apply the top coat so that the glitter doesn’t feel gritty and get stuck in your hair, clothes and pretty much everywhere and it would also increase the lasting power of the same!
- You can also apply any plain pastel green color on your nails as a base and then coat with this glitter paint. This will make the glitter pop even more.
Double Coat –
I do love this nail paint a lot! Its versatile with really pretty color. The glitter is colored too, which adds to its prettiness. It can be used for a sheer color with glitter or a strong color with more glitter. A lot of nail art can be done using this and this one nail paint can be all the nail art a lazy person needs! LOL I love this one and I highly recommend it to everyone! Go Graffiti!!
