When I was in college I remember that Garnier was my go to face wash brand. I was always attracted towards their attractive packaging and advertisements. In all these years of evolution and experience I have tried multiple brands and their products and today I feel a little nostalgic coming back to the same brand. They recently have launched or re-launched a product named Garnier Skin Naturals White Complete Fairness Face Wash. I don’t care about the fairness part anyway but today I am going to review this product which I have been using since a couple of weeks now.
About The Looks!
The face wash comes in a combination of white and bright yellow colored squeezy tube packaging. The cap of the tube is of the same bright yellow color of that on the tube. The face wash claims that it has Lemon extracts so the whole designing is around the lemon’s yellow color and lemon prints. The back of the pack has all the other information such as claims, ingredients, directions to use, price, shelf life, etc. There is not much going on in the packaging but I like the bright color combination, its attractive.

My views and experience with the face wash!
The first thing I noticed about the face wash is that the product is a thick white cream. When we rub it to make some lather with water it does make some but not a lot. The lather or foam that it creates is less than what I expected, but all is well, if it cleans well, right?
The face wash as I mentioned earlier does not foam much so I was a little suspicious about its performance on the cleaning part. There is no residue, greasiness or stickiness on the face after rinsing the product off. That’s a good part. After cleansing there comes toning and with this I test if the product has performed up to my expectations or not. I did not see a lot of dirt coming off my face at the time of toning. Which is a good indicator. That means the face wash did clean the face well, even with less foam.
I have not experienced any break outs or other kinds of irritation on my face since the time I used it. My skin does not feel dry rather it feels quite nice after the use. One sad part is that it contains parabens. About the fairness part, well I don’t think it will be visible any soon as might be a long process. I am not dark anyways, so I can’t say. But I would strongly say I really don’t care about this fairness thing. If my views or my experience changes in future, I will certainly do a mini review for you all.
Overall, I feel that it is a decent no fuss face wash. It cleans well and does not make the skin dry. It does not break me out either, yet. It goes well with my combination skin so I hope it should work well with the oily skin people too. I wish there were no parabens but still its a good for money product and one can certainly go for it.
