Though I know I am actually very late in posting this but I would do it anyway! In our travel to Kasuali, our travel extended and the next stay was in Kufri. Since it was completely an instant plan, we had to book our hotel while being on our way. We searched on GoIbibo and found an option and booked it. It was Kufri Holiday Resort. Since it was off-season, getting a booking was not a problem.
We reached the hotel at night and the way towards the hotel was adventurous for me at-least. It was a steep way up. The resort was quite big with a lot of options of big and small rooms. We were given the cottages, which had a living space, washroom and a double bed with a room heater. The cottage was quite big and it was on the top of the hill, so it was quite quiet during the night. One of the cottage had two rooms with huge lounge area common to both and separate washrooms for both. I loved that one, it was perfect for one big family to stay together!
For meals we had to go to the restaurant which was in the main hotel and for that we had to go down the hill, through the pathways and the stairs. It wasn’t too much of a problem. The main hotel had a really huge and unique staircase! The restaurant was big and it was okay. Neither too amazing nor too bad. There was a huge garden area created inside the hotel right in between the unique huge staircase and it looked amazing!! It was actually the most attractive part of the hotel!
There was a garden/park with a few slides and rides for children and it proved to be useful as there were kids in our group. I enjoyed the stay, didn’t expect too much as it was only for a night and we had to leave the next morning. The food was good and so was the service.
Viewof the mountains from the resort. It was simply stunning!!
Coming to the outfit part, thankfully, I always carry extra clothes just for some emergency or any need that might arrive. It was quite cold in Kufri, especially the night and the following morning. I was expecting a cold weather in the hills due to rains and so I carried my denim shirt!
My outfit was very simple, comfortable and warm enough for the cold weather in Kufri and for Chail that we went in the morning just before heading back home. I wore my dark blue denim jeans from Forever 21 and a bright orange and white striped tee from Woodland. I threw over my denim shirt from Levis on the tee, which made it like Denim on Denim look with a pop of color. Comfortable and casual! Kept my makeup pretty basic and simple, with a very light coverage foundation, a liner and a lipstick.
Here are the pictures below, hope you enjoy and like them! I am currently going through a sickness phase but trying to come out of it soon and getting back to work slowly and steadily! Have a great and blessed day!! <3
